A stop at this point is progress… y’all want him to tear down these guys? He knows this is a bad and struggling unit, exactly why he’s in a damn in game interview begging for one stop. Either he throws them under the bus or tries to build even the smallest ounce of confidence… like it or not, this is the defense we have left to finish the year. He can’t just destroy them all through the media

Maybe he just doesn't want to trash his DC in front of the media. He also said they were going to spend a lot of time evaluating the defense after the season. Changes absolutely could be made based on his comments, but of course we're just fixating on one sentence.
I don't expect House to be back in 2024 and I am delaying my melt until he is.

10/1: Unless Defense improves some, Not even tremendously but just some, I don’t see LSU beating anyone else but Army & Georgia Southern.

May come as a surprise but you see coaches all the coaches evaluate every game by watching game videos. They see things fans don't see. I think I will trust BK and his coaches to see things and not a bunch of would be coaches sitting there living rooms. Our problem is lack of experience and talent at DB.
