Probably going to get some hate for this. But I’m not sold on him being in the starting lineup when it gets to regionals/supers as a batter. Ever since he’s come back he’s failed at every clutch moment we’ve needed him to come through. Absolutely love him as a player and leader and I hope I eat crow over this. But just not sold on him. He made a few clutch hits before he got hurt but he seems more of a liability at this point. Tanks not playing today and our bullpen lost us the game. We will recover and do just fine in regionals and supers. I will say, whoever we play in the supers I hope we don’t go to game 3, we need to sell out and win the first two.

So you sit your 5th year senior #8 in a regional? No thanks. I’ll go down with the ship before doing that. Today was the day to give him a break, not next week.

Well, 54 SOs in 177 ABs. Pop ups not included. But really not as bad as Jones. He has 67 SOs in 154 ABs. Dugas I can see why he’s in the line up. He has a good history. Jones? I just don’t see it.

Yeah, he hasn't been the same since returning from injury. I'm not sure what you do, because there aren't great options behind him, but defensively could be better if he isn't going to hit. My hope is he starts hitting again.

So yeah let's start the guy in one of the worst slumps and is obviously bringing down our team cuz he's a 5th year senior. Smart assessment buddy

You cannot strike out with men on 1st and 3rd, 1 out. That is just inexcusable.

Well Dugas has zero range and hasn’t hit for shite in a month. Nippolt has much better range and can’t hit either so at least you get better D.
