There is a parking lot near the bridge on the Council Bluffs side of the River. You can park and then walk across the bridge directly to the stadium. Beautiful! There are a number of restaurants in downtown Omaha. I recommend the Matt - which was an old mattress company. Bar type food, but fun environment and the owner and staff came to my aid when I became overheated! They were super! GA tickets will require very early mornings for lining up pre-game. A great experience-difficult, but great!

The Women’s bathrooms need some major work! Locks on doors don’t work. Sinks don’t work. Often low to no TP. I can’t help believe that there is sufficient income to much improve the restrooms - baseball and football!

My dad was in a MS hospital recovering from open-heart surgery. He was watching the ballgame and I was watching from here in BR. Within seconds after the game ended I called my dad. He said, “I heard you screaming all the way from BR!” Funny how so many of us remember sharing this day with our dads. He loved LSU baseball because I loved LSU baseball. He proudly wore his LSU baseball cap autographed by Warren Morris! He died in 1999. A CWS doesn’t pass that I don’t remember that homerun and talking to my dad.
