ETA - she's actually getting paid because she's cute AND a D1 athlete in a popular sport among women / girls
If she was JUST cute she wouldn't be raking it in like that and if she wasn't cute but still a D1 athlete she wouldn't either.

So what I’ve always said remains true…women’s sports is basically just an opportunity to watch cute or marginally cute young women dressed skimpily without being called ugly names.
Put another way, the money in women’s sports is in being hawt while athletic, not in being just athletic.

She's only competed like 3x this year in one event. Kudos to her for finding a career, but I wish we heard more about the actual gymnasts that compete day in/out.
