It sure was different to see a catcher flashing some power at the plate that's for sure.

Would like to see him get the throw back to the mound a little quicker. Thrown a couple of lollipops back but he’s turned a couple of balls outside into strikes.

I got torched for saying this. Oh well.

shite man, millazo was the exception, not the rule.

Our catchers last year after millazo got hurt were travinski and McManus. They both had raw power.
Before that , think back to papierski and Saul Garza

We’ve had power at catcher most years besides the one year that millazo started the most games which was the year before last

This isn’t your kids’ fricking travel ball team. The criteria for the catcher throwing the ball back to the pitcher is as follows:
1. Don’t make your pitcher work to catch it
2. See rule #1

Def put the fat part of the bat on the ball. Good contact guy. Looked good behind the dish too.

Yeah it’s pretty evident why he’s the staring catcher
