Now Nick Saban is getting him. Does y’all mind change.

The rant doesnt know shite sometimes. Brian Kelly wanted to bring him with him to LSU. Thats all I needed to know. But yes now that Saban got him, everyone's mind will change.

No. Notre Dame didn't want Tommy Rees either.
He is not a good offensive coordinator.

Notre Dame fans wanted him gone nearly all of this year

Nope.
Dembrook did a great job considering our Offense was only limited by the talent on the field every game.
Not having healthy running backs put a strain on the passing game along with having a new QB trying to learn the system.

Do you want Pete Golding?

If the best OC Saban can get is Tommy Rees then the downfall for Bama will be very soon.

No, what I've seen of his offenses, I still wouldn't want any part of him.

This is great news for LSU. I'm hoping Saban takes Polian off our hands.
This is truly the biggest and weakest link in the program.

This makes me laugh when you look at their recruiting class and see 7 5* signees again.

He actually turned things around nicely for them last half of the season. And recruited very well. He is much more beloved than he’s ever been there. The Domers will be heartbroken again and crying about everything southern… I love it.

FIFY.
When it comes to the offensive Coaching Staff Brian Kelly has earned the benefit of the doubt when picking his Staff. Kelly tried to bring him and Notre Dame was able to keep him. But it is not like Mike Denbrock didn't do well last year.

He’s middle of the road.

I'm not saying he is a top flight OC. But again with Brian Kelly hes earned the benefit of the doubt with Offensive Coaches. The Offense is going to be fine as long as Kelly is the Head Coach. Denbrock is not one of the complaints I have.

Kind of agnostic on Tommy, think he's been hamstrung by the same recruiting issues that bedevil every other part of our program. But losing him to Bama would be pretty humiliating. What does it say about where we stand as a program if our coaches (and five star croots, of course) routinely get pillaged by the SEC whenever they want?
Says we are a feeder school for programs that care about football. We have one foot in and one foot out of big boy football. I am not a Tommy fan, but perception wise this sucks.

No and even if he has success there it doesn't mean he would here.

I'd give Denbrock a bit more credit than that
His last 2 years at Cinci were pretty good and did a solid job this year too between finding a running game that didnt exist the previous 2 years and improving the pass game as well.
He's got all hands on deck for this season so we will see if he can take things to the next level now.

Pretty much sums it up. I don't know that I love Denbrock's offense, although we were limited last year. Hopefully this year we let it fly. I liked Denbrock more than Rees, but Rees is going to be working with an insane collection of talent this year. It'll be interesting to see how he does.
