UGA with all the momentum and Bama punched them in the mouth
We have the same talent UGA does and can overmatch them in the trenches.
This team should have lost to Mizzou. They aren’t last years UGA.

Not near as deep or talented as UGA right now. In years past this was the case but this year is an anomaly.

We do not have the same talent as UGA. We have lots of talent, but they have a step up on us this year.

I’ll clarify. In case you didn’t know, we are a decided underdog in this game. In no way are we equal in talent to the team we are playing.
Be proud of our team as most people figured we’d be doing well to win 7 games and enjoy the day and the fact that we are even in the damn game

eehhh idk about all that. It was 3-0 uga at the end of the first quarter and 24-17 bama at halftime. The eventaully wore us down because of an elite passing attack but I don't think that describes lsu at all

I notice that every opponent we play (not just lsu), the main talking point of their fanbase is that we sturggled at missouri. Sometimes people take it a step further and mention kent state. They conveniently ignore the games against oregon, sc, tennessee, msu, uf, etc.
another thing people ALWAYS leave out when mentioning last year's SECCG is that for some inexplicable reason I still don't know, we totally altered our defense for that game. Presumably we were terrified of bryce running on us. Our defense played a certain way in 14 games last year, and played an entirely different way in 1 of them (the seccg). When we went back to our normal standard against that same team in the title game it was obviously a different story. Hopefully we will not change our entire defense again tomorrow.

The UT linemen physically whipped our arse. The UGA linemen are better. Tomorrow is going to be an arse whipping of epic proportions.

One thing that does absolutely concern me in this game is the loss of Nolan Smith. Nolan was a former overall #1 recruit and has lived up to the the billing IMO. Phenomenal OLB that could rush the passer, drop in coverage, didn't miss takcles, etc. Just everythign you'd want in an OLB. He got hurt a few weeks back and the next man up is a guy that looks like he'd be the 27 year old still hanging out at the local bar in your hometown on Thanksgiving weekend trying to hit on the current high schoolers. Apparently that's the best we've got. He's a wide body but JD5 could adn would easily run around him. If that situation isn't addressed JD can pretty much have his way around that edge anytime he wnats.
Granted that's but one small game within the game but that's one area where we will absolutely not match up well, IMO.
