I think Riley being absolutely embarrassed and outclassed by Ed O should have disqualified him. Can you imagine a truly elite coach showing up to a game with a month to prepare and putting that shite sandwich on the field like you guys did? It was pathetic, embarrassing, and sad.

First of all regardless of who our next coach is, OU will be getting their asses kicked regularly once they leave the sissy league. The SEC will shred OU. We still don’t know who our next coach will be and neither do you. If it’s Stoops or O’Brein we’ll be getting a new AD. You should stay in your lane and on the OU board, where you arrogant OU pricks can fawn over each other. One thing we’ve learned from this ordeal is that we don’t like you pricks very much and look forward to supplying your annual arse whooping soon, no matter who the coach is.

The truth of the matter is that SW merely reached out to Lincoln to gauge interest and has always believed he would just use it as leverage to get a raise. That is most likely what will happen. No skin of SW's back.
Meanwhile, OU will give a massive raise and long term contract to LR.

Your previous DC is your best bet. But I think Mark Stoops and O'Brian are realistic options as well.
it is weird that LSU fans actually believed some "white whale" was coming when no other school has really ever made that kind of hire. Your expectations are way off base and I think most of you are coming back down to reality now.

It does go against logic, a lot of money has been made off this searching hire by various coaches and their agents. You never know, it costs little to ask and nothing to listen so the AD has to aim high. It seems though if the hire was over and done some time ago, that secret is not being hidden at LSU/Baton Rouge...we should know soon.
