You ever feel like there's just a giant dumpster fire incoming?

Seriously.

Why do I have this feeling in the back of my mind that things are about to turn south really quick once again?

It's getting old as I'm tired of seeing our team not getting the coaching and development it deserves.

I'm doing my best to remain optimistic about 2017, but man given our track record with this stuff, I just have this feeling I can't shake.....

Am I being negative or just realistic? What expectations should I have for the 2017 season?

If you're SCARED, say you're SCARED.

Must suck to be a scared little bitch all the time.

Just be numb, and anticipate the lulz that will be imminent with this program.

It will eventually be all we have.

Oh it's going to be bad. Really bad.

It will suck to see the day LSU goes 6-6 or worse, but it will be worth it to see these mouth breathing retards try to defend this hire

I'm with you on this. I used to be what was considered a "sunshine pumper" for LSU, but lately things have taken a terribly sharp turn for the worst. This isn't like the stock market where things will go up then down then back up again. We can be in for some dark years for football and we can potentially stay there... this is what happens when you don't want to spend money to get the best - you won't be the best. I hope I am flat out wrong and look like a complete jackass for saying this but realistically things just don't look very good at all right now.

ETA: this is me saying I'm scared. I am scared.

Jesus dude, would you have committed suicide if LSU had hired Herman? I mean it could have been a lot worse.

what about Orgeron's history as a HC would make you think a dumpster fire is even possible?

I can see why some LSU fans are agitated.

You guys are consistently good.

We are used to the roller coaster of tanking then doing well out of nowhere. It is understandable to get a little sick to your stomach the first time you think you may be on the longest roller coaster of your life.

Yes, because Alleva and Orgeron are in charge. Neither of them have great track records of success.

It's going to happen, the only question is how soon?

And you're crying over having CEO - the guy who went 5-2 in his last seven games. With one of the losses being by 10 points to the #1 ranked team in the country in his 4th game on the job.

Yet, you would be happy and optimistic for a guy who was established in his job and went 4-3 in his last seven. Losing to teams he had more talent than. Teams he was favored to beat - one by 16 and the other by 23. https://www.vegasinsider.com/college-football/teams/team-page.cfm/team/houston

frick, you just want to be scared if that's what you wanted.

Maybe you and the OP and some others should start a Gloom and Doom club and get together on Thursday mornings. Then you can make up stupid shite out of thin air all cry together.

Exactly what in CEO's seven games as LSU head coach made you come up with the brilliant and bullshite fact that "it's going to happen, the only question is how soon?"
