There’s risk with every hire whether it’s defensive, or offensive liability or mismanagement. If two low IQ guys like Ed and Miles can do it, I’m far less worried about Riley.

Woodward cannot afford to wait until January to see if Riley has any interest, or for OU to go stupid insane with money, if LR wins it all.

Neither one is coming to LSU. When has LSU ever hired one of the top football coaches? We’ve hired assistant coaches or up and coming coaches. History will repeat because the top candidates will turn down Woodard because they don’t want the job. We will get the 5th choice or higher.

This is basically how I first heard this. I have no sauces. My sis(no pics) lives in Dallas and is married to a Oklahoma alum. His whole family are big Oklahoma peeps. He texted me at work the Wednesday after the UCLA game.Asking me if we were firing O and hiring Riley. I laughed him off and said we'll probably end up with freaking Jimbo.
