I’ll take the down votes or whatever but watching all the posts we need a young person energetic and ready to cement their name.

He's the first coordinator I'd goto. Wouldn't be mad about it

Me either. It’s gonna happen eventually we should jump on this I think.

How about one with HC experience, who's already made the playoffs?

I’m cool with him too

Dilly is my number 2 behind Lane. Then Golesh and then Stein.

It’s definitely going to be interesting. This is the next generation coming up. Gonna be some excitement

A lot of promising candidates out there. I’m fine with not going the blank check route. Hopefully smart people are looking and making smart decisions.

Between Stein, Klein, and Hartline one of these guys is going to be the next big thing. Odds are they won't all be hits, but I don't really trust our Athletic Dept to find the hit. I don't think they trust themselves either which is why they will go for a safe option like Lane

I've been pushing for stein.
I love his offense. He uses multiple different formations. His offenses can run the ball.
He is young and hungry. Great with qbs. Honestly rather take a shot on him then some of these other names.

His 2 minute drill last week vs Iowa was perfect. And the way he ran the ball all over them was unlike anything we've seen at Oregon before

Stein is in his 6th year of college coaching. That’s a huge red flag.

Lane, dilly, stein. Cool with any of the 3

Since Kiffin is allegedly off ghe board, I'd prefer a young up and coming coach ie Stein, Eric Morris, etc or a retread like Riley or Drinkwitz.
Eta: I meant instead of a retread.

I’d rather someone that has been a coordinator in the SEC. Wonder what happened to Schumann over at GA. Coached for Saban and Kirby and worked with Lanning at GA. Stein is a good OC but I don’t think he’s been one in the SEC battles.
