Hugh Freeze as the HC at Liberty U would be the most perfect fit of all time and would be hilarious.
Not sure how I would feel as a fan of Tenn or FSU of Freeze as my team’s OC, his playcalling/philosophy is now more of the norm rather than being innovative. I guess his recruting prowess should more than make up for that but it still remains to be seen if his schtick works on recruits post-hookers scandal.

Think lsu fans are getting their hopes up.
Their isnt some secret plan to get freeze.
Why would he be going to all these schools and just wait on lsu.
Think it's going to be e-Salisbury next year, which is sad

Hope springs eternal! But you’re likely right. LSU isn’t making a change. Or not getting Freeze, at least. Saban is smart enough to hire Freeze.

LSU never makes a move during bowl season. Always wait until after signing day usually. Which means most of the big fish will be gone if we do actually make a move. Which I don’t think we do.
I remember the Cam Cameron thing was extremely tight lipped until the clock stuck midnight on signing day. But again I don’t mean to give you false hope, I don’t think a change is coming unless we shite a brick in the bowl game

I liked the idea of Freeze at first, but now I hope he goes elsewhere. You can't have someone with that baggage when your roster needs to be purged and attitudes changed

All I've heard about Sankey is what's being reported elsewhere. He's unhappy with Freeze coming back and has shared additional info about his Ole Miss issues with member schools. I'll say this: you hire him, you better be clean. Unless you're Alabama, of course.

The early signing day period has changed this, IMO.
From the 19th to the 21st, players can sign their letters of intent. After that, the recruiting benefits of keeping the current staff together are decreased.
Expect rumors and coaching changes to go into hyperdrive after the 22nd.
