He is still a top 20 offensive coach in the game, you could make an argument he’s still top 10. I’d like to see him land somewhere. If he’s holding out for a top 40 HC job, it’s not going to happen. He may not even be considered for worse jobs. I wonder if HC’s are even considering him as an option and if he’s open to it? Just a couple months ago he said he missed coaching and wants to get back.
So you're hoping Bobby would come back to Arkansas as OC?

What about when he had Stefan Lefors and Brian Brohm?

Do not forget he walked out on his Atlanta Falcons team mid stream.
Funny how things work out, he left the Falcons in the way he did because we gave him an ultimatum that if he didn’t accept the job that night we were going to give it to Lane Kiffin. Kiffin probably would have left 2 years later to go to USC like he did anyway though.

I didn’t see his name listed as a candidate for a single CFB head coach opening this go around. That’s how toxic he is amongst his peers these days.

Maybe he was waiting to go back to Arkansas?!

He did an apology tour in Arkansas shortly before our position came open and he still didn’t make the consideration list. It seems pretty obvious that he isn’t getting a head coaching job for the foreseeable future.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but he’s kind of an a-hole.

If he’s only the OC, how does he get his brother a job?

Because volleyball programs value their players!

Lol if you think Petrino was in an "accident".

I actually enjoyed watching that offense when Mallett was at QB, Knile Davis was running the ball and the 4 wide were Joe Adams, Cobi Hamilton, Jarius Wright and Greg Childs.
If Bobby wasn’t an idiot, MAYBE he would’ve been able to put a playoff team together. Doubtful, but possible.

I honestly think 2018 took a toll on him. I think he's done coaching

One of my all time favs. Dude was fun to watch and tough as hell. Had he been a bit bigger I think he would have made it in the NFL a little while

Has been. Not worth the stench you smell to have him around anymore.
