Why did Denbrock and Kelly separate, and why are they reuniting?

It appears that Denbrock was the ND OC under Kelly from 2014 to 2016. He then left ND to become the Cincy OC under Fickell.
Why did Denbrock leave ND for the same job at Cincy? Did Kelly fire him? Did Denbrock leave because he was unhappy with Kelly? Could Cincy pay more than ND for an OC if Kelly wanted the OC?
If he left ND under adverse circumstances, why are Kelly and Denbrock reuniting at LSU?

It appears that Denbrock served as offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach (2014) and was the associate head coach and wide receivers coach (2015-16).
Why demoted? No ill feelings over being demoted?

He got demoted at ND due to a bad QB and inconsistent offense. Cinc was a promotion for him and Kelly didn't want him to leave. Maybe it wasn't adverse. Maybe they both agreed his performance wasn't up to par so he understood they wanted him around still he just needed to take a demotion. Your question is answered since he took the demotion. If he was pissed he wouldn't take that demotion.

Coaches change jobs, we even have a board dedicated to it because it happens so much. You even posted this here.

Brian Kelly called him and sang this

Kelly has to install his offense to an entirely new set of players with an almost entirely new coaching staff. Having a guy with tons of experience in his offense makes a bunch of sense. They’ll have to teach his system to the new staff as well.
Plus the Cincinnati offense has been humming under Denbrock.

So he was demoted for something out of his control? Seems like bad management.

He was a co-coordinator with mike Sanford. Sanford won the job I guess and became sole coordinator.
Obviously the wrong decision, they went 4-8 and Sanford was replaced the next year.

He went from OC/WR in 2014 to AHC/WR coach in 2015-2016. It's very likely Kelly wanted him in a different type of role and not that he sucked at his current one (because he didn't statistically). Maybe Denbrock tried it and decided he wanted to just be an OC so he went to Cincinnati.
Why do you shite on everything not related to Ed Orgeron? He's not the coach anymore. Let.it.go.

Was probably more going on behind the scenes we don't know about. His offense wasn't terrible but his QB sure was which is why he transferred. Judging by his career nobody could've did well with him. Maybe BK felt like he needed to take more control over the offense and it wasn't really Denbrock's fault? I don't know the reasons but if Denbrock was pissed at BK he wouldn't stay at ND for a demotion and he definitely wouldn't reunite with him at LSU.
I think Denbrock is a solid coach I'm just not a fan of what he might bring recruiting wise and also I'm not biggest fan of his scheme. We'll have to wait to see if he adjusts it here or BK adds some flavor. Who knows.

Considering Kelly was trying to bring in Monken and his outdated scheme, I wouldn’t expect something high-flying like 2019.

Monken has been incredible everywhere but Georgia. At this point you have to wonder if Kirby Smart is the problem at Georgia and not Monken.
I think this is going to be BK's offense regardless. He obviously sold the idea to get Brennan back. If you look at how Denbrock runs his offense it actually fits the strengths of LSU right now with the exception of TEs. Brennan is a beautiful deep ball thrower and that's how his scheme is setup it puts defenses to sleep and they melt them with the deep ball.

Agreed. It looks like Smart gave him a set of parameters for setting up an offense and also saddled him with a walk on QB. Despite that, Georgia still finished #7 in the country in scoring offense. That’s actually pretty remarkable if you ask me.

Easy when you’re defense handed the ball to you on a golden platter

He was also Kelly's OC at GVSU and DC after that.

So the first post you made didn't have enough troll in it that you had to post a second, even worse troll?
Some news for you. Your trolls need to be concise and to the point in the original post. If you have to explain it, it loses its sting.
Be better.
