Let me explain a very plausible reason Alleva is so hard-up for O. CEO is a "one of us" candidate. If LSU goes 9-3, but local boy is leading them ... a lot of fans will still buy swag, buy tickets and support the program. That will keep the money flowing, while O gets less money than a lot of other coaches will demand. It doesn't get LSU SEC West titles, SEC championships or playoff appearances, but it keeps the money flowing. That's what CEO fans don't seem to understand, in my humble opinion.
Like I keep saying , the MA's (And WT Riff Raff that the OP mentions) just don't care about Championships and all that foolishness. It's just about the Party and all that BS. Bon Temps Roule.
Orgeron is now Mike Archer and Joe Alleva is Joe Dean. We'll either win the SEC in 2-3 years or both will be History as History repeats itself yet once again..............
