People act like recruiting 4 and 5 star talent is different just because they’re recruiting in the SEC. These are still high school kids looking for the best situation to be in. Good recruiters recruit regardless.

Polan and Steeples could be gone for promotions after killing it here. I could definitely see that.
You are pretty obviously just fishing, but it’s clear that you are intentionally underselling what Polan can do. He has a very strong track record and now doesn’t have to live on National recruiting, which is far more difficult. He can clean up with our in-state base, but also help us supplement with his wider range of contacts and relationships.
You are also ignoring Brad Davis. While he wasn’t the guy who landed all of our O Line class, he closed it out strong and held it together through difficult circumstances. It looks like he will be the lone holdover from the last staff, and I think that says something.
Just watch. Davis is going to be a good one for us. Combine his youth and approach with Kelly’s reputation for building top O Lines and he’s going to change things here in terms of both depth and talent.

A rumor from this website that Brody said he couldn't confirm? Also it says he declined so why would he now come back after being fired and declining a job? Doesn't make sense.
