I hate it as an Arkansas fan, but you have to think that Kendal Briles is on Saban's short list and will be one of the first calls.

He would run an offense very similar to Kiffin's and they have that connection of working together previously. Briles would be more likely to take the Bama job than LSU, who I wasn't too worried about poaching him. I'm worried about this opening though.

Maybe the Ole Miss OC, who is running what Kiffin runs which is in the same offensive philosophy that both Kiffin and Sark run

Bama runs two plays very successfully, but it blows my mind how defenses aren’t prepared for it. Wr screen and Wr slant, but every time they snap the ball the lber’s run straight into the line and the middle is left wide open. It doesn’t seem that complex but defenses fall for it every single time. Lsu did a lot of this in 2019 .

Can you imagine if they hire Brady and get Gilbert to transfer?

Don Corleone. Nick will make him an offer he can't refuse.

When Saban wins the NC this year he is gone.
The Covid has opened his eyes. He has a grand daughter he wants to be around.
Probably even over if he doesn’t win the NC.

Well they blocked it last time, so there's that.

Freeze isn’t going to be an OC. He’s likely Tennessee’s next head coach.

Covid did the opposite. He’s going to coach longer.

And I have no idea who’s on a short list for OC. It’s usually someone familiar with the program. But Kiffin and McElwain were outside the box. So who knows.

Actually Sark and Daboll are probably more pro style then their predecessors. More 2 TE sets, pistol, and even snaps under center.

This is Sabans comfort zone. He likes to be able to pound the rock and get big plays in play action.

This AM Jay Glazer had Brady on the short list of NFL HC candidates.

Not sure what about Freeze’s resume leads people to think he would take an OC position while he’s on an upward trajectory as an HC. The guy wants to be a HC, and leaving an FBS HC job to be an OC (even for Bama) makes absolutely no sense.

O’Brien would be solid. I wonder about the dynamic between he and Saban but it would probably be a short term marriage anyway.
