I expect Ray Horton to get a gig this year. Sucks because I really like him as a DC.

I don't know how Cincinnati's DC hasn't gotten a shot yet. The trend seems to be to hire offensive minded guys though, so I suppose defensive guys have an uphill battle.

Arena League legend Jay Gruden (Bengals OC) will get an NFL head coaching job for next year... maybe Tampa if Schiano gets canned
