where does Pruitt end up if...

He does in fact get fired. I know there has been speculation that he will be DC at Bama if/when Golding leaves for Texas. But isn't it possible that Pruitt is who Orgeron is referring to when he says he has to be patient?

Reports are that Georgia DC Dan Lanning has emerged as the favorite to be the DC at Texas.

I wanted Glenn Schumann UGA Co-DC LB coach as the DC but seems like Orgeron has narrowed his sights on a specific candidate instead of continuing interviews.

That would not be a bad thing but I'd guess the NCAA isn't going to let him anywhere near a job for a little while.

Nowhere for the time being. UT has probably found some serious stuff and Jeremy wouldn't be a wise hire right now. Probably looking at a show cause too. The ncaa seems to like those right now.
