Go watch some film of 1998 Clemson. That was the last time he was responsible for putting together an offense. Great hire!

Finished 93rd in the country in total offense that year, averaging 304 yards a game

They also averaged 19.8 points a game

Ensminger won't be asked to develop an offense of his own.

Orgeron will ask him to familiarize himself with Kiffin's playbook from Tennesee and USC.

Ensminger will run Kiffin's offense this year, just like he ran Cam's offense, last year.

Hopefully, with our roster and coaching staff, it will meet with some success.

So a guy who didn’t even want the job is going to teach himself Kiffin’s offense then know it well enough to teach it to a sophomore QB with limited experience and a team that just had trouble learning canada’s Offense?

What could go wrong?

They’re going to run a West Coast offense. That’s what the hire/promotion was sold on.

Not difficult to learn at all.

Ensminger has 8 months to learn it for himself and try to install it AND break it in with a first year starter at quarterback.
