We know he's not a college coach, but he's mentored some really good quarterbacks in the NFL and I think his personality is better suited for the league. Would he be a good fit at one of the openings?

He's a terrible college coach, a bad coordinator, and you want to give him a HC job?

He was better than he gets credit for. He was good enough to keep Alabama from getting worse.

I think this is actually pretty accurate.

He was a Tyrone Prothro injury away from having at least one killer season at Alabama. I'm still mixed on his possible long term success at Bama with some of the probation gone and what might have been with a true breakout season before the injury.

He is what is holding Cam back with his god awful play calling. It is like watching a dying elephant out there

Do you mean Pro Bowl Cam and NFC South champs?

I can't imagine a scenario in a live game that even resembles a poor dying elephant.

I know, it is impressive Cam is so good he led the Panthers to the South title and a pro bowl appearance to himself despite Shula's shitty playcalling

Didn't he already have a NFL HC job?

Maybe if DC doesn't go with Briles they'd give him a look? He is obviously okay at developing QB's. He could maybe hand the Defensive reins to Jim Schwartz?
