We are seeing another fanbase divide

Except at least the posi and nega tigers had rational argument points. On one hand, you have a guy that won a title and two sec championships. On the other hand he refused to change and adapt.
This Coach O nonsense is comical. You idiots want to give a guy a top 5 job that is a proven failure at his only stop.
So lets look at head coaches that would be better than coach O
Jimbo
Herman
Fleck
Fedora
Mullen
Petrino
Franklin
Taggart
Fuente
Chip Kelly
Phillip Montgomery
Kingsbury
Ricky Long
All guys who are PROVEN winners that would be candidates. Of the list, all but maybe 4 would be here tomorrow. I can go on and list coordinators as well if you guys want. They would also be more qualified than a defensive line coach

I'm not against going out and getting a guy like Fisher, Herman, or Fedora. But I just think it's ridiculous that this board acts like Orgeron is trash when he has us on the brink of a top 10 finish and a Sugar Bowl berth after an absolutely disastrous start by Miles.

After Herman gets his arse handed to him by Louisville this week then please stop all the Herman crap. Herman is vastly overrated and all you nimrods see is what happened to Orgeron at Ole Miss.
If you can't see that Orgeron is doing a good job both on and off the field then you are blind.
LSU could keep this staff intact. Give substantial raises to Aranda and several others, give Orgeron a 3 year deal for 2 million a year (which could easily be bought out) and go for it.
If you look at your list then you can surely see that it is not an impressive one and there is no reason to discount Orgeron to roll the dice on any of that list.

Why not Rebowe at Nicholls State? He almost beat Georgia who did beat Auburn. He has done an outstanding job in his first year at Nicholls. I am all in for Rebowe

Not even close. The Big 12 is shite compared to the SEC, even back then.
He isn't good. I'd rather LSU take a chance with Orgeron before wasting money on Kingsbury. His only win against a ranked opponent was in 2013 against TCU, and they finished 2-7 in the Big 12.
Also hasn't defeated a team that finished better than TTU in the conference. Always beating up bottom feeders.
