I'd rather just hire a good coach and hope he stays than hire a coach who we know will stay and hope he doesn't suck.

Would be a good risk hire, I was hoping he'd be Kirby's replacement at DC after he left. Then again, Dooey's hotseat doesn't rule that out.

Damn, Sunseri is fricking awesome at LB coach. I wouldn't have thought he'd leave. Especially since his son is on the 'Bama team and is going to be a key contributor next year.

Read the boards: How many Bama fans have good things to say about Lance Thompson? And what in the Hell has he done other than coach D-line in Knoxville. Lance had his shot at D-Coordinator at another school and sucked. Hell he likes to drink and hit the titty bars when he's out on the road, I'll take Sal Sunseri any day over Lance Thompson if that's the case. Lance better be happy where he's at.

It's on the front page of Volquest this morning. Brent Hubbs has confirmed the Sunseri will arrive in Knoxville to be interviewed by Dave Hart and Derek Dooley today.
