Yeah I fricked up the Rose bowl games but what in his past makes you think he can win big games in the SEC. The only game that even compares to an SEC game in the BIG is Michigan and OSU. He doesn't have that big game experience except for the Rose Bowl games and he lost both of them. MSU might be considered a big game last year in that case he lost 1 and won 1. Look at who they played last year and this year and games they won that were against quality opponents. MSU and Nebraska (twice). He has simply not had enough big game experience that he is going to face when the A&M, Bama's, and the LSU's come calling. Let's face it the BIG is crap outside of OSU (Bielema is 1-5 against OSU) and Michigan, who isn't all that good ( Bielema is 3-2 against Michigan)

Or they were happy to be rid of him, however you want to spin it.

Just like how the Wisc fanbase was happy as hell to see Bilema leave right?

I think Tennessee made a good hire but we really won't be able to accurately assess how well any of these coaches will turn out until a season or two down the road.

It'll take a couple at least. He's not a bad hire at all but they've got a mess to work out.

It is not nearly as bad of a mess as when Kiffin left. The only good thing Dooley did was to get depth at positions and stabilize the program a little (emphasis on a "little")

I never understood the Kiffin hire other than they hired a decent (though he's had better days)DC and recruiting coordinator as a supporting staff. "Red Bull" can recruit.

That is absolutely correct.
