It is very subtle, but watch Herman's eyebrows narrow and lower slightly when he says "absolutely".
He is not telling the truth at that instant, which means he is not for the overall interview in relation to his considering other positions.
He is telling the truth that he is focused on the Memphis game, as far as intent, but whether he can execute that intent into his and his teams real focus will be seen today.
