I mean they struggled this year on Offense. Definitely figured for them to go after Shannahan and keep Wade. Kinda mind-boggling to say the least.

This guy must have the thinnest resume of any NFL head coaching hire ever. Zero head coaching experience, and 1 year as a coordinator of a poor NFL defense??
