Nope. What we are seeing now is a pattern at Texas where they openly court a new HC well before they fire the guy still running the team. They did it with Mack Brown, they did it with Charlie Strong, and are now doing it with Herman. It's a bad look and as long as they keep this shite up they are going to strike out on the big name HCs they target as their #1 guy.

I’m just saying, they’d pay over $30m just to be able to hire him. He has won a max of 8 games before this season. I think he is a very good coach, but not enough to warrant that kind of money.
