Uh, we were kinda still in the middle of the bowl season. Once that was over it took less than a day.
Compare that to our 10 days....doesn't look too good now does it?

Put a solid agent, recruiter or negotiator in the room with Cp and O or Shoop for that matter and you would have had the deal done in under 2 hours
