BilJ, I appreciate your hard work today in retooling the rant to think like business men and executives.

However, you can be rest assured the rant is not an indication of LSU brass. LSU is not going to allow a program that ranks top 3 in wins since 2000 to hire an "iffy."

Granted, if Ed O goes undefeated the rest of the way......he has the job....sorry, there's nothing you or I or any LSU booster will be able to do to change that momentum.

Otherwise, the search will be nationwide, top 8 pay for a proven coach and people will line up to interview despite narratives otherwise. There is a 102k seat stadium, fertile recruiting grounds, proven track records, academic centers for athletes, and the highest paid coaching staff in the country.

Relax bud....you can be an equipment man though.

Sure you can. I'm not saying it is the end of the world. Maybe O hires a suitable replacement for him and a top OC. The OC will have to be a homerun hire though. Next year alone we would face these D coordinators:

Manny Diaz
Kirby Smart/Mel Tucker
Bob Shoop
Nick Saban/Pruitt replacement
Dave Aranda

We would be late to the game in hiring top college D coordinators as it will be slim pickings.

And that’s supposed to mean something? You being able to copy and paste isn’t impressive. You have always been a troll and you don’t know shite. Everyone across the Rant sites knows you and your bullshite.

no, we already knew Alleva was a dumbass because he kept miles after 2015. but you were smarter than us in reassuring the world that Alleva wasn't dumb enough to hire special ed.

It's never too late. The top guys just finished their bowl seasons. I mean, it's not too late for A&M to poach Aranda, is it?

I've seen how these rumors work out for LSU when there is this much smoke, and it's never pretty.

I have no idea what will happen, but I have completely confidence in the fact that you don’t know shite about it.

LSU fans have said these won't happen:

Saban to Alabama
Landon Collins to Alabama
Cam Robinson to Alabama
Speedy Noil to A&M
Chavis to A&M
Jimbo to A&M

the rant has called bullshite on this shite only to have it come true.

Aranda to A&M is probably next on the list.

I'm not saying that a replacement won't be named only pointing out another layer to what this move does to LSU.

I'm saying that there have been several firings and it has become apparent that schools are targeting top D coordinators. Hell, Alabama still has to replace Pruitt. maybe they calling next should sidestep aTm 2nd attempt.

It is possible to replace Aranda but give me a list viable candidates to replace him that are equal.
