As a 1-2 year plan not a bad idea but they need to plan to move on after that. Had no idea he was on the Saban analyst payroll.

You are correct, and I think that’s part of the problem. Not only does saban have constant turnover in the on field coaches, he constantly has the analysts picked off. When you have as large as a staff as Alabama does, it’s hard to replace the majority of it every cycle or two
