I just don't know what we give Riley that he hasn't already had.
And just personality wise, I can't see him being "the guy" at LSU. I didn't put a lot of stock into fit pre-BK but he made me reconsider all of that. Just my personal feelings not based on anything tangible.
And ultimately, we just fired a coach with a .708 win percentage for a guy that currently has a .673 win percentage at USC.

He has like a $90 million dollar buyout at USC, hard to see him walking away from that for something drastically less.
Hard to see LSU jumping right back into another massive buyout situation for someone not named Lane Kiffin or Marcus Freeman.

I think Lincoln Riley has his eyes on the FSU job, if it opens up. FSU is an easier road than Florida and SEC. If it doesn't open up, I could see him going to Florida. I don't think there is a chance he comes here.

who's still in playoff hunt? usc? not happening . the only ranked team they've beaten is Michigan and they lost to Iowa state. they dont pass the eye test either
