Which coach/former colleague has Ed brought in from one of his earlier stops that experienced the greatest success at LSU with Ed has HC?

Bringing in Linehan from the Saban tree wasn’t a good move.

Didn’t O have The Rock narrate the pregame video for the Clemson game?

Pretty sure serving 1 year as OC on a .500 team that was in disarray doesn’t really make one as coming from “the Saban Tree”.
Especially since he had been in the NFL as an OC 3 years prior to Saban taking the Miami job.
Nice try though.

If you don’t count coaches that leave after one year or 2 in Sabans tree you wouldnt have much left. If I remember right he left because he was named head coach of the Detroit Lions.

Why the downvotes?
Pretty straight forward question - who has Ed coached with previously, that was brought in to LSU after he became HC and experienced the greatest success?
Seems like Gregg would be the answer given the award the O Line received last year and performance of his former players in the pros.
