Afternoon les was fired they both were telling recruits not to come to LSU

Jaluke Personally went out of his way to pound Surtain not to come here. He and Surtain Sr. both went to Karr so their was an existing relationship there.

Got Jamar Chase to commit to Kansas. He's always been my "if we can't have Frank Wilson, we should hire him" Nola guy.

Is Hankton a good recruiter? His all time recruits page is pretty weak for a school like UGA

Why is he at a school like ulm?

Lsu can do better than tony hull.

Hull got let go with the whole staff at Kansas. Landed on his feet as Co-OC at Hawaii, and then Todd Graham cleaned house a year later.

Not defending Hull, because I don't know that much about him, but coaches land in these situations. Especially if you are a "recruiter" and not a schematic guru.

I will never forget the day tony Hull got all those LA guys to commit to Kansas. I was shocked when I found out he was at ULM. Is he just a terrible position coach?

I am pretty certain Frank has a job at LSU anytime he wants it.

We need someone that can recruit Karr.

The have guys leaving the state too often and LSU rarely gets any consideration

Hankton is definitely the hire to make to replace Joseph

He's a great recruiter and coach and a man of high character than can be Kelly's top assistant.

There’s mixed feelings on jordy and his show here but frank stops by frequently and I think I would trust this man with my life. If he came back I would be ecstatic.

Wayne Cordova

Had him as a coach for a season. Didn’t really get to know him all that well, but seemed like an interesting guy. I do know that he seriously knows all the Nola high school coaches and players like the back of his hand.

Might consider Frank Wilson, because he may consider preemptive leaving before he's fired next year. Also get to learn under a real football coach

Make him associate head coach and coach the receivers. Best recruiter I have ever been around.

I won’t pretend to know. Maybe he’s lazy like some here say. Maybe O did it because Juluke wasn’t his guy or didn’t like him. Miles hired him, O got rid of him. Maybe O made a dumb decision.

Wasn’t there a rumor that there was a recruit to host or on official that he was late or just didn’t show up prepared for? I remember something to that affect

I have heard directly from a local coach, that he was one of the worst coaches he has ever worked with.

What happens on this board, is people here know some of these guys, so they just throw this shite out.

Didn't they piss New Orleans off when this happened? I seem to remember their being some hate towards LSU and mutiny type of stuff due to them axing Juluke?

I’m asking because i don’t know but who was the NOLA recruiter on Saban’s first staff at LSU? I’ve long argued M Hill was one of the most important recruits in LSU history
