UCF coach Scott Frost is set to go to Nebraska — at least for now.

According to ESPN’s Brett McMurphy, Frost had agreed to a seven-year, $35 million deal to leave UCF and coach the Cornhuskers. However, during the week, Frost had some serious second thoughts about taking the deal.

Nebraska, at least, reportedly believes that they got their man. It’s unclear where things go from here — Frost will clearly have a final decision to make after the AAC title game.

The deal has been done for weeks. This “cold feet” crap is coachspeak basically letting the UCF players and fan base down easy

Sounds like someone trying to make it seem like it was a tough decision. He was gone before Riley was done cleaning out his office.

Would you rather live in Orlando or Nebraska this time a year?

I don’t blame him. I’d rather stay at UCF than go to Nebraska

In his interviews after the game he didn’t seem to be having second thoughts.
