now that Miles is staying at least 2-3 years.

Max and his chronies or us because we're going to have to put up with the same nonsense for that much longer?

You and Max need to get a room somewhere.

I really want to see what this new contract is and what "power" he retained. Because of his contract, I was really on the fence about him leaving. LSU was bent over on this deal and probably still is. One of the bigger reasons I wanted him to stay was because of the timing, i.e., recruiting and finding another coach willing to sign on this late. I really don't know how I feel about this right now and I've been a Les supporter for the most part.

If he gets rid of Crowton I'm willing to accept it and move on, and start being positive again.

I kinda feel like it was probably more along the lines of a red tape thing rather than money.

That whole "8 win" thing was probably the most of it. No matter what he did, he couldn't win with some people and got tired of the shite.

Why wouldn't he mention something? If I were in the spot, I would have said something as well. The fans got a little out of hand earlier in the season, even when they were 7-0. That was bullshite.

....but who knows? In two years, he could totally flop and we'll all want his head on a platter.

You know he's on gaychat with his little frickbuddies. He needs to seek counseling for his hatred of Miles.

Yeah, that's one of my biggest concerns. If his "power" leads him to retaining Crowton, I can't be excited about the retention. But, if he fires crowton and gets an A+ coordinator, this could be great for LSU.

I don't blame you in the least bit.

I like what Miles did this year, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, but now it's time to take the next step in improving. Time to severe ties with Crowton.

Should be good for 4-6 losses.
But at least Miles and his cheerleaders can talk about how pretty the final ranking is after we dust someone off in a meaningless bowl.

It's so great having a coach whose alma mater doesn't even want him when they desperately need a proven coach.

Dude, as one of Max's minions I can assure you that I hated myself well before this Les thing started. How would you feel knowing that your parents never loved you?

Would you say the same about Saban? If so, please do. Oh and Les beat his arse this year.
