Contract is the same as FAU had with him

Aka more money from Ole Miss, but can still walk away anytime when somebody wants to gamble on him.

You guys need to realize. The reason you still have him is because nobdy wants to take the risk on him. He is going to bolt first chance he gets.

Virginia?
Fresno State?

No clue where. All the tier 1 jobs have stayed away for good reason.

He should. Oregon is a better job.

I don't think the OP meant necessarily this year. Kiffin didn't bolt the same year he signed his 10 year extension with FAU either. Who knows which jobs will be available next year or thereafter.

There's the rub. With No. 40 recruiting classes, Lane won't be around long enough for anyone to gamble.

Correct me if I’m wrong but Jimbo Fisher literally has a zero buyout to leave A&M

Oregon has the buyout money from Miami to help pay for an Ole Miss buyout.

The Aggies buyout was giving him the most insane deal of all time and daring other schools to eat 100 mil to eventually fire him

On the flip side the Aggies better start hiring PIs because he is untouchable because of that deal

I’m hoping for chip Kelly back to Oregon and then the lane train to ucla. Would love for him to troll Lincoln constantly

Is he though?

Ole Miss' recruiting class is damn near last in the SEC for 2022.
