Just thought it was interesting that he’s got background on both sides of the ball and went from D-line to QB coach 2006-2007

Is it interesting that he never beat Lincoln or any other ranked opponent. Ever.

And yet y’all think he is amazing!

That is interesting. Seems like Rhule is adaptable and inserts himself where he sees a void.

He is beloved on this board not because of what he could bring but because of who he could possibly bring.

I find it interesting that him and Brady are offensive geniuses yet Shula could beat them by 2tds with the same players.

Anyone that has seen Carolina the last 2 years can easily tell you.

Shula > Brady/Rhule

Texas was not ranked when they played based on CFP rankings that week in 2019

How many ranked opponents did he have the opportunity to play against?
What was the rank of those opponents?

Would your concerns be nullified if he had beaten a #25 team at some point?

This is kind of silly. “Ability to punch above your weight class” is not really a criteria for the LSU job.

I mean he has coached teams to NFL wins…I’d say that’s better than top25.

You keep repeating this.

It's false.

The Texas team he beat in 2019 (with Baylor) finished #25.

He beat #20 Navy (with Temple) in 2016.

He beat #21 ECU in 2015.

Not true. Isn't it even more impressive that he beat ranked teams while he was at Temple? Temple.

I’d want Rhule and prefer he didn’t bring Brady with him. So go frick yourself.

Matt beat him 2/3 times.

Matt beat Lincoln twice.

Matt is a better coach than Rhule.
