So someone please explain to me how a TWO week "search"

Ends with us giving a promotion and raise to position coach who's last stint as a DC ended in embarrassing fashion. He's suppsefly interviewed over a dozen candidates and this fricking guy is the best fit?

what is scarier?
1. nobody said no and Les chose Steele because he truly thinks Steele is the best available DC candidate
or
2. everybody said no and LSU is truly on tDecline and nobody of quality wants to work at LSU under Les

If rumors were true, this has been his guy all along. For whatever reason, Les is enamored with him. Starting to believe the whole search was a facade, our coach is simply a fricking idiot
