This is the trend in just about every major program in the country. Hire young, attractive women to be in the recruiting department alongside students who are young and attractive to help out the recruiting trail for players and eye candy for coaches. I mean LSU had Destiny Wilson and Kayshon Boutte, Auburn had their recruiting chick 
, and now this Executive to the Head Coach (who I also wouldnt kick out of the bed). Hiring smokeshows in athletic programs has been happening for quite a some time this past decade or more. Just go look up football staff directories and youll for sure find some

But it has only taken me 5-10 minutes of contemplation to consider... it's a billion dollar industry, and a 30 yr old who looks that good and is "involved in recruiting" probably has the conscience of a Terminator. And probably has unofficial deals with some of the big money boosters too.
