Interesting guy

Has a law degree

Was a small school WR(Delaware) just like Brady

Recent college stint is a plus imo

If he learned anything about coaching QB’s from Andy Reid, which it seems he obviously did, he’s a homerun hire on that merit alone.

Andy Reid is THE best QB coach in the game imo.

And then to be able to add some of Andy Reid’s offensive concepts.

If he’s a fit personality wise, sign him today.

Good call Lester Earl, sound like Bleymaier is interviewing this week

Would be quite a shift from Brady to Waldron scheme wise.

Not as much as the shift in LSU's offense from 2018-2019. They did 'okay' with the new scheme.

To be a PGC? He's already got that job. Doubt he'd make a lateral move.

It made sense for Brady because that was a promotion.

From the Chiefs bio page, He is the Passing Game Analyst and asst QB Coach, that’s a far cry from being the PGC, plus he would probably get a substantial pay increase.

He’s not the PGC. He’s the passing game analyst and assistant QB coach.

Looks like a great prospect, but he’s fairly low level.

Instead, Bleymaier spends the bulk of his time helping the Chiefs build game plans, scouting opposing defenses for holes and trying to find ways his offense can exploit them. He said all those tasks turn into 20-hour work days on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays before spending the rest of the week fine tuning. “When you start a week, it’s limitless what you can do in the NFL,” Bleymaier said. “These guys are pros. And the players, especially the quarterback that we have, they could do anything you ask them to, which is great.

Today a big part of the job for K.C. quarterbacks coach Mike Kafka and for passing-game analyst Joe Bleymaier is to scour the college ranks for plays their coach might consider. And Reid doesn’t care who or where these plays come from. The offensive principle to which he is most loyal is simple: He’ll do anything for a first down.

From two different articles mentioning him. Kinda looks a lot like Brady did in compiling his playbook/plays while working for saints. Nature of that role I guess.

Yeah was about to say that
Pretty identical things.
O def wants to bring their concepts to college

One thing I love is that o isn't just going with the first guy. He is going with the best person and fit
That was always something people said about him "well if he is o's buddy he will hire him"

Would be paid like an OC because that’s what he’d be in theory

Are we really still having this discussion? Let it go. Whatever they were doing, it worked and everybody was happy. Jesus.

No kidding. It's obvious O and staff have no intention to just settle and possibly slide back to the old style offense. They are taking their time and looking at every possibly option to optimize our talent and although we don't know if the offense will continue with similar success we should be optimistic that we aren't going back.
