He needs to rethink his "best 5 play no matter the position" strategy. Pocic at center this year has been a disaster.

I think Mawae should be under serious consideration. I believe he is employed by the Chicago Bears as an assistant offensive line coach, but I think his NFL experience and "the alma mater experience" recruiting factor could be valuable for the future with our offensive line.

Mawae is no way qualified to be a coach at lsu. He's an assistant to the assistant OL coach. And has been in that role for less than a year

You could add Mawae in a lesser role. He'd be a nice addition to the staff.
