Nah, he just decided to start a Miami/ACC fan account since he couldn’t use the UCF one for trolling anymore.

This is a lazy hire (no telling whether or not it will work out yet), but there were better options in the current coaching market (Chadwell, Mullen, GJ Kinne, etc).

However, this could be a money issue…they couldn’t buy out Gus even though they wanted him gone..

I actually think Frost is a good coach. Even though he is a legend there, I don’t think he was a good fit as being the head coach at Nebraska. The pressure to replicate the success he had when he was a player was too much for him.

With this UCF hire UF might have the 5th best coach in The state behind Miami, fsu, usf and now UCF

Diverting buyout money to NIL will bring UF a better roster, but I don't think it will cover up the coaching issues.

I think Frost to UCF is a good move for both parties.

It's noteworthy that there's been almost zero interest in Dan Mullen since he left UF. He really hurt his reputation by how he conducted himself that last 18 months or so.

I agree and I never thought he really wanted to even go, but just said yes to the $$$. He seemed miserable there from Day 1. That said not sure round 2 at UCF is gonna work out for Frosty the coach man.

The CFB world has completely changed since he left there. This will not end well.
