He has two top 10 finishes in the last 3 years and made the playoffs last year. Prior to him, Tennessee was completely irrelevant for well over a decade.
I like that Heupel told his QB (Nico) to get effed because he was trying to call all the shots with NIL and Heupel told him that no one is bigger than the team and showed him the door.

Tenner deserves to be back in the basement if they let go of Heupel. Absurd they’re even considering it when they made the playoff last year with NICO at QB.

I think this is nonsense, but the guys who keep claiming Tenn will throw crazy money to keep Heupel aren’t paying attention. If Tenn was to finish 8-4, and Heupel says he’s looking at offers, does the administration try that hard to keep him? I’m just not sure.
