So people want a coach who wins 80% of his games leave so that we can hire a guy that lost to Pitt with a chance to go to the national championship.

That put us in the big game, brah. Maybe RichRod is a closet LSU fan.

Now let's think about how the sec has beca me so dominate. By RUNNING THE FOOTBALL not by some xbox offense that was hood in the minor leagues of college football but failed epicly in a middle of the road conference.

You are not implying that Rich Rod's "xbox offense" does not run the football?

You said winning in the SEC must involve RUNNING THE FOOTBALL "not by some xbox offense (Rich Rod's offense).

So, other than AU, what fast paced, no huddle offensive team has won anything on the national level? As for that "flimsy argument", it's made by every college football expert out there.

This Michigan blogger drops some knowledge in his OSU-UM game review about why spreads are a great way to run the ball, Rodriguez was going in the right direction, etc.

Texas, UF?

ETA:

Bama this year runs 80% of their plays from the shotgun, and uses hurry up as much as AU does.

Ummmm, Chip Kelly and Oregon only went to 4 straight BCS Bowls including the National Championship. Went 2-2.

Is that not the national level?

I do like Rich Rod, but if I had to choose, I want Les to stay at least the next 3 years.

You do realize he was fired at Michigan don't you???. He's record was worst than hokes.

That's not why they fired him. They were very impatient. Hoke took Rod's players and went 11-2 his first year, but has collapsed since then.

Michigan hired Rich to change their culture and half way through decided they didn't really want to change once they learned what it would take to change it

i think this is the best way to describe the UM time

and again, i love RR but don't think he's an option and would possibly face the exact same scenario as UM

i'm not advocating for him to be the next LSU coach

Man, it takes courage getting up and walking out the door everyday to be as stupid as you.

You are a real American zero.
