I agree he’s not coming. If Woodward isn’t going after Matt Rhule then he shouldn’t be our AD. He walked into a mess in the NFL and now is an opportunity to make sick money and come win multiple nattys at LSU. He’s my #1 guy and I think he’d come back to college as he’s said it’s a possibility

I seriously doubt he's leaving the NFL yet. Plus, what the hell has Rhule done in college that is as good as what Riley has done? You are a fricking moron. Riley is the best realistic option available BY FAR.

Riley is the best pick for Coach. He recruits the top QBs. The last two years he recruited the top # 1 QB. He hires a good DC LSU is back on top. He is young and ready.

The issue is the HC doesn’t really value defense and spends all his time on offense . That was OK in 1B league , a dumpster fire in the SEC … unless he suddenly changes … Like St Paul on the road to Taursus !!

He will always hire someone among the best defensive coordinators in the nation (open checkbook with a blank check). Woody ain't gonna oversee/tolerate anymore frickups like he witnessed with Orgeron's hires. Yes, the head coach is supposed to be in charge, but if it appears to be someone not experienced enough, etc, no way Woody gonna sit idle and watch a frickup waiting to happen. Ed O is a stupid arse sonofabich plain and simple - got cocky and lazy and pissed away the best job he ever could've dreamed of.
