Signing in Feb is no guarantee that coaches still won’t leave. And they don’t have to sign in Feb either. Justin Jefferson didn’t sign until like a few months after Feb, and maybe even closer to the summer.

Our lack of success was partially due to bad luck and partially due to extreme corruption in the state. Anyone who can think critically can see that A&M just isn’t conducive to winning from a cultural standpoint. Their people are weird as frick, the girls are ugly, they have weird traditions, male cheerleaders, etc. They’ll never be able to recruit and retain enough talent and good coaches to win big and win consistently. Look at Elko leaving so quickly for Duke.
A LOT of people don’t like their weird gay bullshite as much as their fans can’t comprehend that. Can’t have guys like Kyler Murray and Mike Elko darting almost immediately because they don’t like your weird culture and still be competitive year in and year out. It is what it is
