Do not want. Time to follow the NFL model, as Saban has probably already advised. Our money needs to go to players. Let Mississippi clear cut their entire state for Lane. Meanwhile, let’s get a talented coach and make him look like a genius with great players.

No because ole Miss does not have the talent to make the playoff every year. Nor do they have the same ceiling of winning a national title

Lane isn't coming but these bonuses pay for themselves with that type of success on the field.

Not with this idea of a contract, lol.
So if he barely gets in as a 10 seed his first year, he would get an extra $7 million. $1 million base for each remaining year plus the $1 million for that appearance.
That is steep for a single playoff appearance. What is the point of an incentive based contract if your base starts out at $10 million?

Idk, but he’s sure acting like it.

I’ll choose to believe it as long as it helps my team lol

Lane ain't going to LSU. Get that through y'all's thick skulls. It simply ain't happening. Accept it.

Kiffin would make a hell of a lot of $$ with a contract like that.
Personally, I think the innovation would be to keep Frank as HC if he proves he can handle game management over the next 4 games. Pay him at say $4 million/yr. Bring in the best OC/DC and staff you can. Spend the rest on the roster each year, say $25-$30 million.
It won’t happen, but it would be interesting.

It doesn't have to be a dumpster fire.

If Kiffin likes his then tell him to bring Ole Miss's AD with him, lol.

If he stays that’s his last stop and he retires there. He’s been everywhere he wanted so far and will never be so many openings to pick from at the same time again. This is it for him.
No, he will have a chance at the LSU and Florida job probably within 4 years again.

why is it a dumpster fire? wasn’t Alabama considered a “dumpster fire” in 2006?
The team isn't a dumpster fire. The situation is a dumpster fire.

He’s going to get 13.5 from Ole Miss. if y’all are coming with that then Sexton will laugh LSU out of the room
Apparently he needs 15 mil to stay in Oxford but will take less to go to Florida or LSU

My contract preference for Kiffin would be $0 for 0 seconds and don't ever step.foot on campus unless it is on the opposing team sideline
