I think we have a depleted roster/new coaches coming in/new schemes/ unsure recruiting.. we have to have tempered expectations

I’d say 8-9 win season is not above expectations. But I think 10 wins is not out of reach

Depends on a lot of factors (transfer portal, staff).

8-4 is about where I'd expect next year. A bunch of tough road games. The following year sets up nicely for a title run though.

Too early given at least 30 newcomers to be added to roster.

One advantage is BK intimately familiar with Florida St.

I honestly believe we could be 9-3 or make it to the playoff next year depending on our OC/DC bites and what we are able to pick up in the transfer portal.

I think next year will be a rebuild. Weak on the O line. Still don’t know if we have an SEC QB

I also think some guys like the culture of zero responsibility fostered by Ed and we may see a few guys leave because they don’t want the discipline and no BS attitude Kelly brings.

Next year will be 8-4 maybe 9-3 with a few breaks. But year 2 should be a big jump to Real playoff contention

Realistically looking for 8-9 wins in year 1. I could see a jump in the second year to 10 or so and in contention for the SEC before we really ramp up by year 3. The team is going to get a major overhaul but it’s not like we’re devoid of talent.

4-5 losses is completely acceptable given the absolute depletion of our roster and uncertainty at QB. Year 2 is when the expectations kick up some. It's not like we are in perfect shape. Kelly will have to implement his system and do a little rebuilding. We've essentially gone 6-6 the last two seasons. Just looking for improvement in the first year.

I think 8 is probably chalk

9 wins is a huge improvement and 7 wins would be a little disappointing

I agree 8 should be what to hope for. We must get the O-line revamped or we don't stand a chance of developing a QB.

I also think we are being way to hard on Max. His numbers were pretty damn good this year with people in his face on every play.

I’m totally fine with 8-4 in 2022 as long as I see players playing hard and coaches trying and putting their players in positions to succeed by the plays they call, formations they run, etc…

Now in 2023, I’m hoping it’s 10-2 and then by 2024, in the conversation for the SECCG and CFP berth.

8-5 has to be the floor, a 7 win season doesn't necessarily get him fired but does put him on the hot seat for the 2023 season. I would say the floor for 2023 would be 10-3 and then in 2024 we should be right in the middle of the NC hunt. O got us a NC in his 3rd season and you would at least expect Kelly to have us in the NC game by that season and have won at least 1 NC here within his first 4 years.
