I don't think E is very good at designing an offense from scratch, as illustrated in 2018, but I think he does just about everything else really well.

he was good with scripted drives at begining of halves

he was weak with adjustments and attacking mismatches.

brady solved all that. plus implemented his schemes and plays with E's plays and it made it a good combo

Does anything actually know anything solid about this bo hardegee guy besides he was with gase?
I know he coached qbs in Miami and helped tannehill but then why didn't gase let him coach qbs in New York?

Just want some more info

He was here for a while and has gotten great experience since then. He would be a great hire
