Scrape up the last of the oil money and buy his arse out.

Or offer him a lifetime supply of extra schmedium shirts. He'll probably accept that.

Not really bc I don't like how ULL has an issue with LSU. They refuse to schedule LSU in basketball and football and many ULl fans do not like LSU (but the animosity is all one sided).

If I was a Cajuns supporter I do think they should fire him, fwiw. The defense has been awful for a while

What is ULL? Aren’t they the University of Louisiana now? Aka flagship ?

Bob Marlin called Jones the week after the August flood and asked if he wanted to play a Exhibition game in BR and all the money would go towards the recovery. Lsu turned it down

I actually wasn't aware Marlin pushed for an exhibition, so I'll give credit there. For two schools separated by a 55-minute bus ride, they should play more.

I think that's been more on LSU than ULL. There really is no upside for LSU in football. Depending on the year Basketball may be competitive but still little uoside for LSU.

3 possible outcomes

1. LSU blows them out, well, that's what they should have done, rent-a-win, etc.
2. LSU wins a close game, wow, I thought those guys were good, they barely beat their sunbelt little brother.
3. ULL somehow wins, good god LSU sucks, paid money to lose, etc.(see Troy, multiply by 10 at least).

No win
